Aunt Inez's Wacky Cake

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
2 TBL vanilla
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup corn oil
2 cups water
2 TBL vinegar


Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
